About this role

We’re hiring an Organic Growth Analyst to help us drive organic growth through SEO and content marketing strategies. This position is ideal for individuals with foundational experience in SEO, content marketing, and data analysis, particularly in a B2B or SaaS environment.

This role will work closely with our Organic Growth Strategists to implement and optimize organic growth strategies, ensuring measurable business results for our clients.

What you’ll do

  • Understand the 360º view of each client's industry, business, product, and audience, and apply this knowledge to organic growth strategy, content, conversion optimization, and data analysis projects

  • Assist in the strategy and execution of these complex projects, in tandem with internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct detailed SEO analysis, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits

  • Analyze rankings, organic traffic, and other key SEO metrics and help communicate project wins, challenges, and insights to clients

  • Work with your strategy counterparts to experiment with and fine-tune new strategies and tactics to bring our clients success

  • Collaborate with your editorial counterparts to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation

  • Strategize with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO,, and Keywords Everywhere; manage projects with tools like Notion, Airtable, Loom, Slack, and Google Drive

Who you are

  • You have experience in SEO, content marketing, and data analysis, and you’re hungry to learn more about building and presenting organic growth strategies.

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when communicating with clients.

  • You learn from your mistakes and develop new skills and competencies. You’re agile, you learn as you go, and you ask for/give help when needed. You “make the road by walking.”

  • You’re an independent worker. You can set and achieve your own goals and communicate what you’re working on. You can ask for help but thrive in autonomy.

  • You’re organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple projects and responsibilities with multiple people at once. FYI, the passcode is ‘content rocks.’
